What a weekend for Tommy Hahn and the entire Canidae Motosport Kawasaki team! With both PJ Larsen and Hunter Hewitt on the sidelines the pressure to perform has been laid upon
Hahn has had an unbelievable series thus far. He’s only finished outside the points in one moto and has consistently found himself in the top ten. Hahn rolled into est holeshot of the year. In two behind Honda’s star studded duo of Ivan Tedesco and Andrew Short Tommy had his work cut out for him.
While Tedesco proved to be on another level, Hahn was able to reel in and put the pressure on Short mid-way through the moto. As the crowd roared in surprise Hahn continued to stalk the Red Bull Honda rider until eventually making the pass with a brilliant inside line choice. He continued ahead of Short until a mistake put him off the track, and back into 3rd. “I just missed my break coming down the hill and I ended up off the track,” said Hahn in the post race press conference. “It was a stupid mistake that should never have happened, but I’m happy with my overall results from the race.”
Hahn’s 3rd in moto two proved to be enough to land him in 3rd overall for the evening and 6th in overall point. It’s back to
