2011 Loretta Lynn's Amateur National has officially began! Riders, start your engines!

Justin Bogle came into the Dude Ranch with a lot of eyes on him and some very high expectations. On Tuesday Bogle put his Factory Connection Honda on top of the box in the 450 A class. With Loretta's three moto format it is no doubt going to be a lot week, but Justin came out of the box swinging. Bogle looks hungry and is expecting nothing less than titles!

Adam Cianciarulo laid down the hammer on Tuesday taking moto wins in both the Super Mini1 (12-15) and SuperMini 2 (13-16) classes! When Cianciarulo is on he is hard to beat, and he was on Tuesday!

Thomas Covington put in a great ride in the 250 B Mod class finishing in third place just behind Justin Summers and Max Tannenbaum.

Keep your eye on Darian Sanayei this week. Today he took home a second place moto finish in the the 85cc (12-14) Mod class.

Open Pro Sport Start: #40 Zach Freeberg (moto winner), #11 Kyle Peters (finished 36th), #27 Cole Martinez (finished 6th), #22 Ryan Zaveral (finished  10th), #75 Beau Hudson (finished 5th), #52 Chris Plouffe (finished 4th). When the checkered flag came out with was Freeberg, Grant Ransdell, and Austin Poletelli on the podium.

Joey Savatgy was someone I was without a doubt keeping my eyes on coming into Loretta's. Sadly, Savatgy ran into some bad luck in both his motos today placing 29th in 250 B Mod and DNFing his 250 B Stock class. That is most likely putting out of contention for taking home an overall in 2011.

Justin Starling ran into some issues in the Open Pro Sport class with a 40th, but rebounded nicely in the 450 A Class bringing home a 4th place in moto 1.
