Here's how it works. First sign up for the PanicRev Forum. It is a piece of cake and should only take a few minutes: www.panicrev.org/forum/index.php

Once you have signed up for the forum visit the PanicRev Cross-Training area here. From this point you will be able develop your own workout schedule and then you simply report what your schedule is and what you did (or didn't do) on a daily or semi daily basis.

It's NOT a competition to see who can work out the most or who's in the best shape. It's simply a place to report progress. You won't get a prize for being in the best shape and you won't get flogged for missing workouts, It's between you and yourself. It's the same philosphy that weight watchers uses and it works.

Each Sunday, we'll start a thread for that week. Post your goals, and then edit in your progress as the week goes on.

Here's an example from a log a couple weeks ago:
My Goal: 3 cardio sessions +20 min, 3 strength sessions

My Progress: (I enter each day what I did or didn't do)
Sun: upper body strength
Mon: zero
Tue: pilates
Wed: zero
Thu: run 27min
Fri: ride CE
Sat: rest
