PanicRev Journal – May 2006

Well, a lot has gone on the past three months. Progress has been made, doors have been opened, and the Lord has been working in just about every aspect of this ministry. We would like to take this time to share a little about what God as been doing through PanicRev Ministries.

The PanicRev ride day was awesome! Who would have ever thought God would show up at a motocross track—I guess He really is everywhere! The day began with a forecast of rain and even snow; however, the Lord pretty much held the storm over the San Gabriel Mountain making for a cold but beautiful day of riding and fellowship. We were all excited to see the Alessi family join us in addition to Ricky James and his dad. Both families seemed to enhance the experience. Not only was the day full of fun riding and great fellowship, but we were also blessed with the opportunity to put on a raffle. The raffle was a large success; so much so, that we were able to donate 20% of the proceeds to James Marshall (if you do not know James Marshall suffered a horrific spinal injury at the San Diego Supercross). If you would like to read more information and see some photos from this ground breaking event please visit http://www.panicrev.org/articles/ride_day/ride_day1.htm

The PanicRev Team has proven to be an extremely fruitful aspect of the ministry. It has opened ministry doors and led to a countless number of people within the industry to witness to. Moreover, that Lord has really been blessing our team riders. Travis Baker and Tatum Sik have really stepped up their games. Both riders up in extremely solid races at the World Mini in Las Vegas, keep your eyes out for both these riders as they progress not only as riders, but has believers.

Please keep all of the PanicRev team riders in your prayers! After grabbing a distinguished holeshot at the Adelanto Grand Prix in February, Michael Rucker sadly had a hard get off on the rough and whooped out grand prix course. Luckily, nothing was broke, but the young 85cc rider did suffer a knee injury that kept him off his bike for the last few months. Michael is now trying to strengthen his knee and embark on his come back. Moreover, team rider Tatum Sik had a gnarly crash at the World Mini. She got up and finished the race and even the weekend; however, a few weeks later she fell on it again. Sadly, the injury inflamed and she is now waiting for results of a MRI to see the extent of her injury. We all know that the sport of motocross is a dangerous one, so please pray that the Lord will look after all the PanicRev Team riders, and really everyone out there throwing their leg over a dirt bike!

The PanicRev crew is going to be at SRA Grand Prix providing prayer and a short message. Staring May 29th we will be at Glen Helen Raceway for SRA's monthly races. The service will begin at 7:30am under that PanicRev EZ-Up near sign ups. If you are planning on being their please take the time to stop by. We look forward to seeing you all there!

We will also once again be at Perris Raceway's Hot Summer Nights series doing services all summer long. If you are planning on doing a rounds or even the whole series make sure you stop by and say hello!

The PanicRev online store is back up and running. We have even been blessed with the opportunity to get some new products for everyone: from XXL t-shirts, to arched fender and die-cut stickers, to PanicRev hats. If you feel led to do so please stop by and show your support of the ministry by picking up a few items.

Well, that will bring this PanicRev Journal to a conclusion. The PanicRev Crew hopes and prays this Journal finds you all well!

In Christ' service,
The PanicRev Crew
